Accessible through our secure workplace login, client progress reports can be retrieved for any employee or union member who’s signed a consent to release information.

You can access treatment plan information (admission and discharge dates), attendance records as well as a variety of treatment reports for any of your employees, identified only by their client number to provide added security.

For disciplinary action including termination, we recommend you contact the Renascent Workplace Solutions Coordinator to request original certified documents. This process allows Renascent to ensure accuracy and to avoid any unnecessary grievance or legal repercussions.

In accordance with privacy legislation, client consent must be renewed every six months to maintain access to information.
